Bus Rider Contract

2023-24 School Year

All students must have a current Bus Rider Contract on file for each year. Please fill out the below contract and return to the Transportation Department. Email all contracts to bus_contracts@midlothianisd.org

All 2023-24 Bus Rider Contracts received by July 14, 2023 will be processed in late July and early August, and students will receive transportation on the first day of school. Beginning August 10, 2023, please visit https://elinkrp.midlothian-isd.net/elinkrp/search.aspx to find your bus stop and times. If the system does not populate the requested information, then your contract has not been processed, and you should recheck later in the day. Due to time constraints, no emails will be sent with bus information; you will obtain this information online. 

All bus rider contracts received on or after July 15, 2023, will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Transportation will be available sometime after school starts.   

Please remember that your student cannot ride the bus until their contract is processed.
